Hami Hill Eco-Apartments

The latest addition to the Hami Hill Sustainable Home, built with sustainability, comfort, and community in mind.

This cutting edge project, one of the first of its kind in WA, is leading the way to a better Infill Development. Through clever design and innovative thinking it will boast "4 Homes, 4 families AND 40 trees” all carefully developed around and showcasing the natural assets of the award winning garden.

In a breakthrough planning outcome, parking will be out the front and the two proposed apartments will sit neatly in the corner facing in on the glorious feature Jacaranda tree. They will be beautiful bespoke buildings, built with a suite of recycled products and will be two of the first ‘Passive House’ wooden frame apartments in WA.

In addition, through the Built Strata mechanism, owners will have the best of both worlds: their own home and private courtyards PLUS shared ownership of the amazing common space which includes the veggie gardens, chooks, BBQ, fire pit and native gardens.
