Want to know the best tips for composting?

Reduce, reuse and recycling are important processes for conserving our precious resources and protecting our environment. Included in this session will be information on the different types of home composting (e.g. hot and cool) as well as top tips on troubleshooting and resurrecting your own tired compost heap.

You will learn about composting, worm farms and the benefits of keeping chickens and ducks. Also learn about creating your own microbial brew – a ‘compost tea’ creating a fantastic tonic for your plants that also adds microbes to breakdown organic matter to create healthy soil.

To top it off, go home with a suite of samples to help you get your own compost pile humming, and take home a ‘drop’ of microbial brew to spray onto your own garden.
